Our Story

Since the 1980’s, Head Chef Dave Curcio has been perfecting his Baked Clam recipe. Dave first developed his culinary passion while studying the art of food preparation at the University of Cobleskill in upstate New York. During his tenure at Cobleskill, Dave had the opportunity to hone his craft while working at several restaurants across England and New York. Following his graduation, Dave opened his own company, DLC Catering. Now for over 40 years, he has been proudly serving the Long Island community and the tri-state area with a wide range of exemplary dishes. His Best Baked Clam’s have emerged as the premier product that keeps customers coming back for more. With plans of retirement on the horizon, Dave is now able to devote more time to delivering “The Best to those who just can’t get enough.
